I am hoping to go to the Champagne region in France over the bank holiday weekend. Does anyone know of a good camping ground, preferrably near Reims?

I would like to camp in the south of france for a couple of weeks. Is this a good idea? how much would it cost compared to a cheap villa or apartment?

My grandson (aged 10) is travelling to France on a camping holiday. He has a severe nut allergy to several nut types. Can anybody tell us if food over there has nut warnings, and offer any advice on travelling and eating in France for a person with allergies.
