Besides visiting parks, what can I do in Disney World during the Winter Holidays?

I am currently debating to either choose to go to Disney World twice in one year - we have many points to spend on a trip down twice, but that means we can’t go down again next year. Because of the jacket-weather, we find that going to a water park or chilling (pun intended) by the pool would be not only be a freezing affair, but not smart. We need some ideas for activities down in the Disney area in Florida (besides going to parks, that’s a given) that will keep us occupied. We are thinking about an eight-night trip, and covering each park at least once. Also, if you can tell me, have your past experiences going to Disney World in the winter holidays been nice? Thanks!

What is there to do in Orlando, FL besides going to the Disney Parks? I am planning a trip there in a week?

I have been to the Disney parks before in the past. My mom passed away this summer, and my kids and I need to get away for the holiday. A part of me does not want to go, but I know I have to do this for my kids. I have suffered so much and I am still grieving over my mom. What suggestions do you have?

We are first time campers, driving a motorhome to the South of France, any tips?

We are going to South of France (in May) in a rented 4 birth motorhome via the ferry. myself, my husband and our 2 kids, 3 years and 4 months, both boys for a week.

We have only ever been on a conventional holiday ie. to Spain on a plane before, never been camping! Does anybody have any hints and tips for us, as in -

Good ideas to keep kids entertained,
Any good places to visit (we have a planned stop at Euro Disney)
Anything obscure to take with us!
Any particular routes that are particularly nice.
Or any good camping sites a) in or around Paris and b) South France?
