Camping Uk

I have an area of land that is ideal for a camp site - it is near Sedgefield, County Durham. How do I go about making it into a campsite for caravans, tents, motorhomes, trailertents etc? Insurance, planning permission etc? Any advice appreicated!
We have experience of running a business as my partner is self employed.
