Camping Uk

Hi, I’m 15 years old and I come from Germany. I think it would be very nice to go to a holiday camp in the UK or Ireland for this summer holidays - a normal one where British (or Irish) people go to. So I can have fun, I’ll get to know another culture and I’ll improve my English a bit.
Do you know such a camp which is not too expensive? Could you tell me the website of this camp and maybe which experience you have with it? Thanks a lot

of people; elderly, painters, writers, backpackers would enjoy…or do they attract chavs or people who want a piss up?

We have booked a 2 week static caravan holiday in july and our friends are camping - does anyone have any experiences of this particular caravan park recently purchased by ‘Parkdean Holidays’? I have read some peoples reviews after ‘googling’ but most were not recent. We will have 4 teenagers in our party - is there plenty to keep them amused on the park or surrounding area? Good or bad reviews will be much appreciated - thanks.

Does anyone know of any good quality holiday parks or villages for a copuple without children, such as Ribby Hall www.ribbyhall.co.uk that are of a higher class than say Bultins, Pontins or Haven and not with loads of child friendly activities and clubs? Can be independent ones rather than part of a chain, and anywhere in the country- open to suggestions!

Staff at haven parks

We are a group of students, seven of us are 17 and one is 18 years of age. 5 are female, 3 are Male.

We want to camp/stay in a lodge/youth hostel basically we want to go somewhere for a few nights during the holidays.

I would like to know if you know of any places that allow this type of group!

Any recommendations and suggestions/tips etc are much appreciated.

I was only about 9 or so at the time which makes it about 12 years ago! eek! but it was somewhere not too far from the Doniford Bay Haven holiday camp and was a fancy pub/restaurant on a hill which had windows overlooking a church and graveyard with a big cross that was lit up at night. I would love to find out what this place was called/where it was and any photos that may exist of the church. Thanks
