Camping Uk

I have had to cancel my planned trip down the river Wye this week due to the floods. Can anybody recomend another canoe/camping holiday with canoe hire?

I live in th west midlands and want to go camping, where are the best camping sites in the UNITED KINGDOM? for tents, not caravans or mobile houses.

this summer me and my family are going on a camping holiday with another family. the age group of the childer is from age 4-14.yr. does anyone know of any campsites that would be worth reccomending ? and would anyone know anything about the camping group EUROPARC and there accomedation ??

i am going camping and i need one of these butane lighters, the ones with the blue/green flame that is wind proof and i need it in 2 days so online ordering is not an option. a zippo is not what i need either, so where can i buy a butane jet lighter from a store in the uk?

I’m looking for unusual or really solitary derelect campsites in the UK preferably midlands/north but any ideas good.

we are going camping on thu in the new forest, hants, 2 small kids and a dog, can anyone give me some lists of stuff i’m likely to forget lol, its our first time camping so much apreciated.

In the summer myself and a group of friends are looking to go camping in the UK. We do not drive, and therefore the site we choose needs to be within easy reach of a rail station or bus stop. Also, we would like facilities within walking distance, such as a beach, town, and things to do and visit. If you have any ideas for sites that would be suitable for us we would be very grateful. I have an area of land that is ideal for a camp site - it is near Sedgefield, County Durham. How do I go about making it into a campsite for caravans, tents, motorhomes, trailertents etc? Insurance, planning permission etc? Any advice appreicated!
Just to add - we have experience of setting up and running a business (my partner is self employed). Just no experience of caravan sites except stopping on them!
